SYNOPSIS

Why do we do what we do as arts workers? Amidst the day-to-day hustle, it’s easy to forget or lose hope. If you’re in need of some company and/or music to keep your spirits up, come by Care-oke Karaoke! Hosted by The Artists Village, grab a friend, seat, and a handful of kacang puteh, and sing your heart out.

Please note:

  • Care-oke Karaoke takes place during our opening and closing dinners. While no registration is required to sing, please sign up here if you intend to join one or both dinners.

  • In the event of wet weather, this programme will be held in the Rest & Digest Corner or Black Box.

About the Arts Workers

The Artists’ Village

The Artists Village (TAV) is Singapore’s first contemporary art group. Founded in 1992, the group is historically significant for its engagement with societal changes and issues. It continues to foster an ecology for artistic exchange, practice-sharing, experimentation, and collective learning today, across disciplines and borders.
